1. Eligibility
To register and use the gj99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

2. Account Registration
To access the full range of gj99 services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms. All information provided must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
One Account Policy
Each mobile number may only be used to register one gj99 account. If you attempt to open a second account — whether under the same or a different name — gj99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings therein. If you believe your account has been opened fraudulently by a third party, contact gj99 support without delay.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gj99 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. All bets, deposits and activities that occur under your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gj99 support immediately.
KYC Verification
gj99 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by gj99 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. gj99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
gj99 processes all deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. gj99 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Processing times: deposits within 60 seconds; withdrawals within 2 to 5 minutes for most accounts.
Deposit Rules
All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your own name. gj99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits are credited to your gj99 wallet upon confirmation of payment receipt. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact gj99 support with the transaction reference number for investigation. gj99 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile network or payment service provider.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, subject to gj99's verification procedures. gj99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an open bonus balance with an incomplete wagering requirement. gj99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud or security investigation.
Currency
All transactions on gj99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to indicate amounts in BDT. gj99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is outside gj99's control and any associated fees or exchange differences are your responsibility.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
gj99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse
gj99 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using strategies designed to minimise risk while completing a rollover, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, gj99 may close the account and void all associated balances.
Promotion Eligibility
gj99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players and gj99 may exclude any player from a specific promotion without explanation. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value outside the stated bonus terms. gj99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all games and sports betting markets available on gj99. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these rules.
Casino Games

Each game is governed by its own in-game rules which take precedence over these general terms in respect of game-specific outcomes. Sports Betting
Sports betting markets are opened and settled at gj99's discretion. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet. Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects a game or betting round in progress, gj99 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, gj99 reserves the right to void the round and return the stake to the player's wallet. gj99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical issues outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages or mobile network disruptions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gj99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage or extract funds.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the gj99 platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
- Providing false personal information, identity documents, or payment details to gj99.
gj99 employs fraud detection and risk management systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, gj99 may take immediate action including account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement agencies where appropriate.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
gj99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.
Suspension
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gj99 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, access to the account and withdrawal functionality will be restricted. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any funds held during the investigation period will be released.
Termination
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances unrelated to bonus abuse may be returned at gj99's discretion, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting gj99 support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

gj99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gj99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gj99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms
